Made in 1995 a limited edition of 2000 this is number
00998. He is boxed and has a certificate on the box as well as inside the
box tied with ribbon. He also has a label attached to his paw.
This exceptional 44cm
teddy bear has a coat of finest mohair in a Harrods green colour which has
been specially developed. The Centenary Bear is fitted with an original
Swiss musical movement which plays appropriately the "Anniversary Waltz".
He is dressed with a genuine silk scarf the design of which has been taken
from the original Harrods catalogue of 1895. Its gold plated pin features
both the Harrods and Steiff logos. Nose and claws are embroidered
with loving care by hand. The paws are made of precious ultra suede and
the white ear tag is consecutively numbered.
